We want you to love your BrasDoux carrier. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@brasdoux.com with your order number. We will provide a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your carrier for a different color or size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
